We feel that Custom Pool Care has the best trained and supervised pool service department in the Metroplex. Our pool cleaning service can be customized to fit your needs, but our typical service agreements consist of once or twice a week pool service, with the cost of all chemicals included in the monthly rate.

Our service consists of the following:
Pool (and spa) will be vacuumed, brushed, skimmed, and skimmer baskets emptied.
Chemicals will be checked and balanced.
Filter will be backwashed and pump pots emptied.
Tiles will be cleaned as needed
Decks will be hosed off as needed.
(Service does not include any repairs.)

All of our service technicians are hired as full-time employees (not sub-contractors) and are trained by the Service Supervisor. Before entering the field they must also pass a series of tests. All of the service technicians report to the office every morning. The route from the previous day is checked over before receiving the current day route from the department supervisor. We are one of the few service companies that have the technicians report to the office on a daily basis and have a supervisor to oversee the routes and provide backup support for the technicians. The Service Supervisor, technicians and office use two-way radios should a problem arise. This way any problems can be taken care of quickly and efficiently.
